If youre moving to the West Coastspecifically Oregon, Washington or California, you may be pleased to know that youre moving to areas where you have first-hand access to some of the tastiest wine in the country. According to Food & Wine Magazine the West Coast is the home to the top vineyards in the U.S. And when you consider that wine grapes need at least 1,400 hours of annual sunlight during the growing season to ripen properly, it makes sense that this portion of the country would be optimal.
