Since I'm going through the process now of learning how to make new friends in a new city, I'd thought I thought I'd share some tips I've learned along the way. Last March I had had all that I could take from the northwet winters. I have lived in the Seattle area since 1977 and the winter of 2011/2012 was the wettest, coldest, rainiest, darkest and snowiest I had ever experienced. So I vowed that I had enjoyed my last northwet winter.
