In my former life, I worked as a residence hall director at a university. During that time I picked up on the importance of living on-campus, especially for underclassmen. Studies show that students who live on campus have higher GPAs, are more likely to graduate, do a better job of making friends and getting connected, have less stresses about money, become more successful leaders, and have a better over-all college experience. I'll take that.

Something you may not have considered while you're preparing for your cross-country move is how to protect yourself from debit card and credit card fraud. Considering all of the transactions that take place during the moving process, it's a very real concern and definitely something to keep top-of-mind.

One of my co-workers just recently started doing something I think is really cool. He and his wife have a goal to visit every Major League baseball stadium in the U.S. So far they've marked four off their list: Rangers Ballpark to see the Texas Rangers, Chase Field to see the Arizona Diamondbacks, Busch Stadium to see the St. Louis Cardinals and Kauffman Stadium to see the Kansas City Royals. They've got somewhere around 25 more to go— that ought to keep them busy for a while! What an awesome addition to your bucket list.

One benefit customer's love about U-Pack is the ability to easily track their shipment 24/7 while it's in transit. There seems to be so much more peace of mind in knowing where your belongings are and when they're expected to arrive at your new home— especially if you've selected the money-saving estimated transit option. Though you may not have a specific day it has to arrive, it stands to reason that it's at least helpful to know what to expect as it's traveling.
So U-Pack offers two ways to track your shipment:

It's football season. Know how I know? The DVR is full, my husband is glued to both his laptop and the television, and most nights of the week include much more aggressive jumping and yelling that you would have seen last month, or the month before. Of course, my husband is the manager of an NFL team
kind of. Fantasy Football is alive and well at our house.
