What should I pack first?
Mark Twain once said, “If it’s your job to eat a frog, it’s best to do it first thing in the morning. And if it’s your job to eat two frogs, it’s best to eat the biggest one first.” What great advice for those planning a move across the country! When you’re dealing with an overwhelming task like packing up your house – where you know you have to do it, but you don’t know where to start – why not tackle the “big frog” first? Things to get rid of before you move
Quite possibly one of the most difficult tasks in moving is deciding what to take with you and what to part with. Putting the beloved sweater you haven’t worn in five years in the “give-away” pile can be a little heart-wrenching. But, when it’s all said and done, most people find that parting with some stored “treasures” can make moving a much more enjoyable experience, not to mention that it can be a big money saver!
When you move with U-Pack, you pay only for the space you use—whether that’s linear footage in a moving trailer or a certain number of ReloCubes. So, moving less means paying less.
