We’ve all been there; a desire to do something different and creative but the ideas just don’t come. For me, this is especially true when it comes to home design. The holidays are a wonderful time. I love taking time with my family to do fun things. We go look at Christmas lights, pick out a special ornament, and decorate the tree. But somewhere in all the fun, I am always scrambling to get stuff done. So I created this holiday checklist for an organized Christmas, so maybe this year I won’t overlook anything.

When moving in or out, you may come across some carpet stains. If you are moving out, you may need to leave your apartment clean to get your deposit back. If you are moving into a home, there may be stains from the previous owner. No worries! We can help you figure out how to remove the stain in a breeze!

We post an awful lot about ways to avoid moving stress, but thankfully moving offers a few enjoyable things as well. One of the most exciting: getting to start over with a fresh palette you get to decorate your new home exactly the way you like it!

If youre like me, the idea of packing up a house feels overwhelming (especially one youve lived in for a long time). It undoubtedly means sifting through some drawers, cabinets and closets that you havent dealt with in a while.
Not so appealing.
Of course, you could just choose a moving service with packing and loading help and let an experienced crew come in and do everything for youget it all packed up and worry about what you need and dont need once you get moved into your new home. Thats definitely the easy way, but probably not a great approach if youre also trying to save a little money.
