The 2011 U-Pack Moving Trends Infographic was just released! If you’ve ever wondered where people are moving, the most popular times they move, and how far in advance they start getting moving quotes, now’s your chance to check it out. I’ll go ahead and give a little spoiler – what state would you guess topped the list of the most inbound moves in 2011 (that’s the “moving to” location)? Here’s a hint: It’s as far west as you can get in the U.S., and it’s not Oregon or Washington... You guessed it: They’re moving to California. Now, take a guess at the state with the most outbound moves (that’s the “moving from” location). Would you believe it’s also California? AND the percentage of inbound and outbound California moves is EXACTLY the same? There are definitely some interesting stats to look at, check it out, and let us know what you think! |
