Unlike most full service movers, U-Pack prices are based on the amount of space you use in the moving trailer or the number of ReloCubes you use. Full service movers usually charge based on weight. Some moving companies reweigh your goods after the moving truck is loaded, resulting in an increased price. Budget Moving - How payment works
Unlike most moving companies, ABF U-Pack does not require a deposit (we ask for a credit card to hold the reservation, but there is no charge or hold fee on your account).  This leaves you free to use your much needed funds or credit line to cover other costs associated with a move such as utility deposits, security deposits, rent, and moving supplies (we offer a 10% discount on moving supplies with a completed reservation).
