If you can, get a visual estimate when pricing moving companies. That way you can get a guaranteed quote from the moving company instead of just an estimate. It can keep you from having surprise charges on the day of the move. I know people who have ended up paying twice what their estimate was for their Long Distance Movers.

I used ABF the end of Jan for a cross country move, and can say enough about them they were awesome both ends were above greatness, early on the time and was waiting on me. No one can argue the cost, it was so super easy!Stress free, they kept in contact and have tracking on your shipment so you know where it is all the time. They are my new moving company!!!
